II, Constitution and By-Laws: Section
1. Eligibility. Membership shall be open to all persons 18 years of
age and older who are in good standing with the American Kennel Club and who
subscribe to the purposes of this Club. The membership shall entitle two adults
of each family to full membership in this Club. Each adult member shall be
entitled to vote on each issue submitted to a vote at any meeting of the Club at
which such member is present. The membership shall also include any children in
the family under 21, but such minors shall not be entitled to vote or hold
office. Section
2. Dues. Membership shall be $20.00 per year, for family membership
(two voting adults). Single person membership is $15.00 per year, payable on or
before the first of July each year. Any member approved for membership in the
Club after January 1 of any year shall pay one-half of the appropriate yearly
membership in the Club for that year. No member shall vote whose dues are not
paid for the current year. During the month of May, the Secretary shall send to
each member a statement of his/her dues for the ensuing year. MAIL
